Shipping & Handling / Processing

  • Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed within 3 - 5 business days.

  • Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will begin processing the following business day.

  • During major sales and promotions (ex. Black Friday, Anniversary Sale, Cyber Monday, Birthday Sale, Semi-Annual etc.) can take up to 15 business days for processing.

  • Customers will receive tracking information once order has shipped.

US Domestic Shipping

  • UPS Ground Flat Rate- $15.00

  • USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate-$10.00

International Shipping

  • Currently not shipping outside of US

Returns/Refunds/Replacement/Lost/Stolen

All sales are Final!!!

We will only replace orders that are inaccurate or defective. (Incorrect due to our mistake, or arrive to the customer broken/damaged in shipping)

If your item or items arrives damaged, please send an email to:

Please add customer service to the subject heading, along with inaccurate or damage. (example: Customer Service/Inaccurate Item or Customer Service/ Defective Item. Please include your name, order/invoice number and images of the damages.

You will have 15 days from the time of delivery - to contact us in regard to any issue and returning items to us for resolution.

-Lost/Stolen

If you have not received your package or it has been stolen, please contact the carrier you selected during checkout to file a claim. Once the claim has been filed, please update us with update us with a claim number and we will send out a replacement.

Adverse Reactions

Please use products as directed. Please read all ingredients prior to purchase in case you have allergies. Visit our FAQ’s page for suggestions on usage.

If a reaction occurs, please contact your Physician or go to the nearest Emergency Room immediately.
